SolarWorld and six other unnamed companies say Beijing illegally subsidizes Chinese manufacturers and sells panels at thieving prices in the U.S.
The companies contend China aims to drive manufacturers out of business and corner the U.S. market. They covet the federal government to slap tariffs on Chinese panels entering the United States.
