Hydrogen Fuel Cell...?

Ok. So after mounds of reading (and mounds more to go over), I have some questions about Hydrogen Fuel Cells. So, Hydrogen can be extracted from HHO (O) and seperated for the Hydrogen to be introduced into a combustion system.

I'm prosperous to focus on "If I am converting the water into energy, wouldn't I be able to draw more electricity then the stand alone solar array?
