JA Solar Surges After Announcing High-Efficiency Solar Cells

Dec. 20 (Bloomberg) -- JA Solar Holdings Co., the world’s largest solar cell maker, jumped after announcing a artifact that converts as much as 18.5 percent of the sun’s energy into electricity.
