You recall how I said electrics may well give you more ruin than storms , well here we are, electrical sorrow, After my shrewd oozing of my batteries (I don't like to take them under 12v if I can refrain from It). I checked the following day to see what voltage they were at.... !@>! 12.1volts with no anxiety, and full sunlight. I twiddled with the panels, angling them toward the background sun.. still no shift. Fair.. don the Sherlock hat, and dream up... (ouch). Since I was getting no instruct from either of the two panels the puzzle must be where they enter at the regulator. Basic my pricey Watts-in (pitiable..). looking closely I noticed the dissentious wire was unattached, and the warm up from the disengage union had burnt and melted the kin ribbon (see the photo). I can only guess that the deeper than usual unloading had resulted in the full debit being pumped in for the first stretch in a picayune while, creating too much passion, either that or I had bumped the wires at some fitting......

From where i can leverage the solar cells? & i want to charge 4batteries of 12 volt batteries for my collage venture i have limited fund please answer me as early as possible...

Well the sprint with which you want to charge those batteries is a direct relationship to what size solar panels you constraint. Lot's will do the trick. However, the charge controller you use dictates the voltage limits.
